We just moved in 2 months ago..they were supposed...

We just moved in 2 months ago..they were supposed to redo the bathroom...once finally getting done with most of house they said they didn't have time but they would do it after we moved in..now there telling us they told us they were not redoing it..we have all the emails and texts to prove what was agreed upon move in...now we have maintenance issues and haven't even heard from them in a week..but they get there rent...may have to go to open an escrow account soon and put rent money in there ..from what I'm reading there not good and sure haven't treated us good.. .don't even update the rent payments..not sure if there tryin to scam but I have receipts..I'm good..but yeah . maintenance issues and no return call..but I didn't pay rent I bet I'd get a call ..told Ralph when he was here himself that I moved cus place was a slumlord..Garner properties...now it appears he's worse....well il wait for a reply then just throw the rent in an escrow til something's dobe about this..what a joke!!!seemed like a nice guy...but apparently he played me well
