Came in to pick up an online order, some middle ag...

Came in to pick up an online order, some middle aged looking tall white guy was in the front as you walk in, i ask if my order is done he says not yet, so i came back 10 minutes later after sitting in the parking lot since there was no parking and had to double park. Pickup was scheduled at 10:30am at this point it was 10:45 so im getting frustrated because no ones updating me and this guy just keeps passing by me like im invisible. At this point i got upset and asked him should i just cancel the order? At this point it s almost 20 minutes past when my pickup time was, so he goes yeah cancel it if you want because I don t know when it will be done... i am thinking really you tell me to cancel the order because i asked again wheres my food(
Very unprofessional, place was packed so I doubt they care about a little $30 order but don t work in this business if you re gonna tell people to cancel their order because they got sick of waiting. Never going there again
