Recently my 78-year-old mother was recovering at Mercy after knee surgery. I visited her several times and found her happy and well taken care of. She enjoyed the food, often getting more than she expected, had great response from the help, and was handled excellently by the rehab group. She personally was happy with how they pushed her to a healthier recovery.
I was pleased by the staff and the director and her team who went out of their way to make sure she was happy and comfortable. They truly have listening ears and caring hearts at Mercy!
