First off, I am a life-long Mercedes driver and have dealt with sever Mercedes Service Departments in several states across the US. Unfortunately I have to say that this was by far my WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I called Jackson Automotive attempting to reach their service department. The first two calls I was routed through the phone system that left me choosing random voicemails that wouldn't let me leave a message. I finally reached an operator on my third call, but she transferred me to the same broken voicemail. When I called back she rudely cut me off and kept transferring me to the same message. I finally threw a fit to her and she said " hold on" and then transferred me to the voicemail of Jamie in the internet sales department. It was a total of 10 phone calls over 20 minutes before I finally reached someone, only to be told I have to wait nearly 10 days before they had any available time to service my car.
Worst customer Service, No Availability. Go to Atlanta, its not worth the sloppy business here. Frankly, Mercedes should bee ashamed that this is who they have representing their brand.
