I recently (02/08/2021) purchased a 2021 Tacoma. Also purchased clear bra, rust proofing, and interior protection. We are a toyota family and have always been happy with our toyotas. On my tacomas first ride home, the rear wheel caps fell off. Went back to the dealership to find out that my truck was missing steal rings that keeps its hub/wheel caps in. The dealer ordered new ones for me as they should since its a 45k truck and the wheel caps shouldn't fall off.

At the time of purchase the woman responsible for special add ons to new vehicles specifically told me that the certain areas of the car would be clear bra protected for the total price of 699. I agreed because I wanted those parts protected. When I dropped the truck off to have those add ons installed, the installer told me that I was not getting what the sales woman had sold me. I was specifically told the cars front bumper was not going to be clear bra'd for the price I was told. I called her immediately and spoke to the add on specialist and she said she would talk to her manager and call me back. 3 days later still no call back. I then called to speak with the general manager. I would not have purchased the clear bra from the dealership if I had been told the correct information. Other shops around the area will do the entire front end for the price I paid. The general manager didn't know what to make of this situation and told me I could have them clear bra the front bumper for half off. The problem is I have already paid the 699 i was originally quoted to have everything done. The manager would not agree to what I had been promised. He would split the difference ( having me paying an additional $268) for the front bumper. This is not what I was told at time of purchase and what was agreed upon. It is not my fault that I was told false information. They should honored what I was told during the purchase of the truck. I'm not satisfied and this was handled poorly.
