The staff tries to upsell even when you explicitly state that you are not interested in buying a whole new system. They are rude, and charge a parts lookup fee of $25 *per part*. Neither this nor the fee they charge for diagnostics are applied, in whole or in part, to the final cost for the repairs. I would hae 'eaten' this as I felt I had no choice at that time, but, in response to a bad review I posted on Yelp, the (I think) manager called me up and was really nasty to me, stating that they would not help me because of the bad review. They did give me my money back, but I will now have to bring this machine all the way up to Phoenix instead of being able to keep my machine and my money in Tucson.

It gets even better. I went in to pick up the laptop and had the pack I use to carry it in hand. Rather than be polite about it, multiple clerks started shrieking at me about my backpack because of a posted sign stating that they have to be left at the front. I was not told where the computer would be for pickup. I had thought it would be where I had checked it in. They humiliated me in front of other customers. I have also relayed this information to the Better Business Bureau. They also have a negative review on Facebook as well as here and Yelp.

And it gets even better. On their Facebook page, tey are offering my correspondence with them against my wishes and my will, I might add to show to any person who comes in off the street. Who *does* that? At this point, I am not going to go away. I am going to make sure there is an awareness of their abusive business practices.
