I ve been a Carmel customer for more than a decade. I ve never had any problems or even minor issues with them. They have excellent customer service and the drivers are always prompt, pleasant and have clean vehicles. You also can t beat their pricing. Far and away better than waiting for a yellow cab when I get into an airport.
