The customer service Rep James was friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the rapport he was building with me while making small talk and helping me to understand what services were being rendered to my car. I also appreciated him keeping me updated on what was happening with my car. He was a great example of customer service.

To Nissan, the idea of making a video to show customers what is taking place on there car is a fantastic idea
