I recently used the services of this company for my grandmother. Overall, the caregivers were professional and attentive, but there were some logistical issues. The website promised a wide range of services, but the actual care plan was limited. 🤔 Communication with the office staff was sometimes challenging, and there were a few misunderstandings about scheduling. While the caregivers were compassionate, the organization as a whole seemed somewhat disorganized. It's an average experience, not exceptional, but not terrible either. I hope they can improve their coordination and clarity in the future.
