If I could give a zero I would. The worse company I have ever dealed with when it comes to moving out. They never called us for the inspection. I called and never received a phone call when i called they said its because someone quit. So because someone quit its ok not to set something up. I told her ok and waited 7 days later my husband calls. He spoke to Carmen she said sorry and met us that same day. But Carmen forgot about our appointment we were waiting at the property for her. She was going to be 2 hours late. We still had a positive attitude even with her forgetting the appointment. She came and said everything looked good to just touch up the paint that they didn't even leave any paint so we could know the color. We had to find out the color yourself. She said she was trying to find out the color. But I am sure she lied to us because turns out the carpet wasnt good like she said and they charged $110. She told us if there was something wrong with the carpet they would call us so we can fix it...all lies. Not a trustworthy company. They will jump for you to show you a house of take your application but that's it. We added blinds to this house and kept it up nice. None of that mattered because they are charging us for the baseboards, adjusting the screen door, 2 new pull strings for the ceiling fan, hole in the screen, light bulb in the kitchen, also light bulbs in the master bedroom etc. We never pulled the ceiling fan strings it was like that we replaced all the light bulbs. The master bedroom doesn't even had a light. They even said the carpet needed to be cleaned again and the house. Taking half the deposit.Very unprofessional. Weird to me because we moved April 7th and they but it online avail April 10th. Just looked online and the property isn't even for rent anymore. It took them 21 days to give us the deposit. But they messed up on that too because they emailed us that they are charging us for the carpet. So it looks like we are getting half the deposit. I would love Carmen to call me to explain all this or someone higher then her. Because she knows they didn't even do things the right way with this move out from the begininng. Saying sorry and apologizing will not change these charges. You need to look at the pictures of the ceiling fan not having the strings in the first place and the hole in the screen also the light bulbs. Never use this company!
