First review ever writing a google review because it's the first time in my 52 years of life I've had to deal with such amazingly unprofessional customer service. I originally ordered $205 of merchandise, all too small. When I returned, I clicked "return for store credit" thinking I'd just get the next size up. Well, those were so giant they literally fell down as I walked. So I had to return them. I asked for a refund this time, but they will only give me store credit. To a store where nothing fits me. After 20 minutes on the phone with their HEINOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, I was told "It is physically impossible for us to refund your money." Huh?

Why they need to keep $205 of a single mom, public school teacher simply amazes me. Predatory business practices.
