I love, love, *love* the whole crew at Happy Hamst...

I love, love, *love* the whole crew at Happy Hamster! I first took Maud (my laptop) in to them back in February, as she desperately needed a new fan & a new battery. My laptop is an older, rebranded custom-built pc (that I originally bought in PA) so she's rather difficult to find parts for. They managed to track down the one little factory in China that still made the fan. Talk about service! :-D Knowing I was on a limited budget, they were even honest enough to tell me that certain other parts weren't going to be cost-effective to replace.

A week or so ago, Maud wouldn't boot up all of a sudden. Once again, I took her to the Hampsters to get her checked out. Apparently, she just missed the guys because she booted right up for Misa. He proceeded to do their 10 Minute *free* diagnostic (Free! Imagine that!) & got rid of some bloatware that was slowing my laptop down & she's been running better since.

Once I've saved up a bit, I'll be heading back to Happy Hamster for a new desktop & laptop. I cannot recommend Happy Hamster highly enough!
