Terrible! I didn't want to see Sears "brick & mor...

Terrible! I didn't want to see Sears "brick & mortar" stores close but after dealing with their crappy products, pathetic repair service and terrible (non-English speaking) customer service agents, it just doesn't matter anymore. I'm well over 50 y/o and remember when Sears and their products were the BEST, and what other retailers aspired to be. Not anymore. Pretty sad actually.
