Siskiyou Alpaca is an average company. They provide a good range of products and services, but nothing exceptional. The quality of their alpaca wool is decent, but I have found better options elsewhere. Their customer service is also okay, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to queries. Overall, a decent company but nothing to write home about.
