Terrible! The front staff are short and rude an...

Terrible! The front staff are short and rude and think they are doing you a favor by putting you in a tiny room. The room was TINY -- unbelievable. The door opens onto the bed and it is exactly 30 inches from the desk to the bed. The chair for the desk was from the auditorium. This is a 5 star hotel??? unbelievable. And they charge an arm and a leg. I am a Platinum member of Starwood and they do not give a damn. Stay away!!! better value at a tiny hotel for 50 pounds per night.
