Today I was in a serious bind. My wife's Mac wouldn't charge or turn on at all, and she had important documents and data on her computer that she needed. I made an appointment for a week out with Brandt at The Mac Guy since he seemed like the best in the area. I called anyway just to see if I could be seen earlier. When his 10am appt. canceled, he called me right away to get me in.

He diagnosed the problem within seconds, saving me a ton of money had I gone somewhere else. Turns out I had purchased a fake charger (not from Apple). He walked me through the exact voltage of charger my computer needed, and lent me a loaner until the one I ordered arrives. Brandt takes the time to let you know exactly what's going on, how to fix it, and how to keep it from happening in the future. Knowledgeable, kind, and professional. From now on, the Mac Guy will get my business for all future computer issues.
