It's one of those companies that is too big to admit it has flaws in their communications and process for the sellers. It protects the fraudulent buyers. I wasn't told anywhere that I would close my case when I issued a refund. I send the buyer emails but never got my product back. eBay is more interested in protecting themselves than helping the seller. I don't get it, it is the seller, and not the buyer, who pays eBay for their services and they are helping the seller at all!!
