I have been to Crucial Care several times and I will continue to go there for all of my urgent care needs because of the amazing staff and quick efficient care. From the moment you walk in until you leave, you are treated with compassion and respect. Being an RN myself, I will not go to any of our local ERs if I don't have to because of the long waits and convoluted services. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes at CRUCIAL Care before being brought back to a room. They function as a free standing ER and can provide most services any ED can with the main difference of swift care. When the doctor says the nurse will be in to start IV, get labs, etc., the nurse is actually there immediately. Test results are received very quickly, unlike any hospital I have ever worked at or ER I have been a patient at.

In my experience, the physicians and mid-level practitioners have been extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the phone call the following day to check on my status. If you need to see a specialist, the staff will call for you to find the most conveniently located and soonest appointment available. I would like to give a shout out to Dr. Brace and Angela Perrin for the excellent care I received from them as well as the nursing and ancillary staff, even the imaging department! Thank you for setting the bar! Traditional ERs can learn a lot from the practices and culture of Crucial Care.
