Beware of the internet special rates ! - We booked a "stay close" special (every second night free). Rate Details specifically stated FULLY REFUNDABLE. When we needed to cancel, we were told there was a charge for the first night (over $700). After no resolution on the first two calls, it took three more phone calls, an email and over two hours to get our refund. Not exactly five star handling of what should have been a non-issue. Their website still shows that the deposit is fully refundable, so be sure that you are ready to argue if you need to cancel.
