The Estee Lauder Makeup stand in the Kenwood Macys has been a hit or complete miss on most days. The customer service with its usual employees is quite amazing. She always treats me lik gold when i come by.
But it is QUITE ANNOYING when i purchase one shade of makeup, go home - which is a 30 min drive - and open the box, only to see its a different shade. Inserted a picture.
It. Is. Annoying. And u will be pissed.
Check all products before u leave the mall. Shoes, makeup shades, everything.
