My partner and I each bought a Pinel through one of your advisers from the Paris office several months ago. Surprised not to hear from him again, we found out via LinkedIn that he had left your company.

Even if we understand that the sales have already been made, our files have somewhat lost interest for your company, we are still surprised that these were not transferred to another of your collaborators.

We have obviously tried to reach you on several occasions by telephone which strives to ring in the void, the voice messages being doomed to remain in oblivion.
