I took my car car in for a service and an oil change, they found a leaking gasket that they recommended I change. I looked into it further and decided I should get it done, they put me into a rental while they did this at no extra cost to me. Less than a week after I got my car back, the check engine light came on (unrelated to the work they did) and the car was having tempature issues, they got the car in immediately the next day and the service manager took care of it personally, I highly recommend Gateway Toyota, they have been amazing, the service is beyond exceptional, very friendly and understanding, Lauire has been my service adviser since my first visit and she went above and beyond for me, an absolute joy to deal with. I will be a long time customer.
