Their customer service representatives are rude an...

Their customer service representatives are rude and they seem to not so any empathy toward your situation or circumstances. I've been with them for 3+ years. I currently owe them less then $1000 for my vehicle. They deactivate my car for being 31days late. I know...I know... you're probably thinking "well you're 31 days late" but i owe less the $1000. They could at least cut me some slack. I informed them that they'll be paid in less then a week, and they still didn't seem to care. I can't wait until I'm done with them. THEE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!
