I had a fantastic experience at Magnussens Toyota of Palo Alto. This was my first time getting a car. I decided to lease a Toyota Corolla. The person who helped me was Dich and he was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He walked me through the different options, understood my criteria well, got me through all the paperwork smoothly and explained everything clearly. I walked away with a brand new car by early afternoon.

I highly recommend talking to Dich if you're interested in getting a car. He's friendly, patient and wonderful. He made the entire process easy and efficient. Also, we didn't have time on that day but a few days later I went back to him to get a quick guide on how to use my car. Dich spent another 40 minutes kindly showing me how to operate my car. Needless to say, I am a happy customer thanks to Dich!
