I ve been going to S&W for over 15 years. They have a a good selection of equipment. However, the showers need to be cleaned more often and the Towels are so-so.
The Membership is over priced. The trainers I ve worked with were very good. They are the reason that I stayed as long as I ve stayed. Unfortunately, my trainer is leaving, and so am I.
