I was trying to ask help for registering yellow code accreditation. Unfortunately, I was referred to different person. They gave me different number to talk to someone regarding my case. I've talked to 3 or 4 different person but the operator said initially that I have to select Civil Engineering option from the IVR and from there I was left hanging. No one answers the phone or sometimes is busy. I have to redial the number over and over again but after 10 times of trying then once I will be able to speak to an agent I will be referred to this number. It is really frustrating and hassle seems like the people that I talked to are not willing to help me with my concern.
