Absolutely the WORST customer service and product ...

Absolutely the WORST customer service and product delivery imaginable. When we finally had enough of them, we had Internet and cable installed by another provider and returned the decrepit equipment to Time Warner only to be told that our number had not been ported to the other provider yet, which we knew was incorrect because our phone was working and all Time Warner connections in the house had been severed. When we asked them to send an adjusted bill, we ended up getting a notice that we had two months of bills outstanding. I called Time Warner who insisted we owed the money until I told them what we had done previously and cited times, places, and names. They then said our bill would go from almost $450 down to $63. I asked them to please send us an adjusted bill so I could pay it. Instead, they turned our account over to a collection agency! Time Warner is the lowest form of corporate life out there and should be investigated for their business practices, advertising claims, and failure to serve the public as stated in their FCC licenses.
