The union does nothing for its employees. The union shop Stewart looks out for his own best interest. The medical benefits are terrible and expensive. The former vice president, who was demoted to safety guy, once told me the grass isn't always greener on the other side. He was very wrong. The grass is much greener for the company I currently work for. It's no surprise to me to see how low their rating is. I was with the company for 5 years. I would never work for this company again, even if you held me at gun point.
