So, there is a difference between the Parthenon and the Acropolis- the Parthenon is the building at the top of the hill and the Acropolis is the hill itself. To climb up to the top is not a long walk- maybe 20mins with a couple of minutes break in between. The views are stunning, particularly just before sunset.
