I just came on here just to see if anybody has a point of view or had this ever happened to them.. so basically yesterday at BELIMO AMERICA I walk in like always going towards to hang up my jacket I noticed my supervisor walking towards me in an angry manner.. approaches me and says I heard you were talking bad behind my back curses me out and says he's going to do everything in his power to get me fired and for the note this person my supervisor it's been written up about aggression and confrontation with others.. I was in shock cuz I wasn't expecting that and I told him why are you disrespecting me and i just walked away bc i didnt want any confrontation.. so I proceeded towards the cafeteria to come down and take in all that happened.. my manager and one of the head bosses came towards me and I told him the situation.. they wrote down my story and they wrote down his story and they told me they were going to bring it up to HR to make a decision on what happen.. to make a long story short ..they brought me up to HR and what I felt what they told me was basically because I stood up to myself I spoke about the situation they have to let me go and note I've never been written up and they have video of him coming towards me in the warehouse.. and I was just wondering if anybody went through this kind of situation being harassed and in Justified by a person of power at work...
