Hello plz allow me to take time an acknowled you on this place of employment. I know a job is job but never belittle your self to work for an employer who does not value your worth your energy an most importantly your time. This employer will make you the best of promises they will convince you of how there flexible an understanding to individuals situations? (Lies) They will explain to you how there all about Family ties an insupport of Family? (Lies) They will even promise wage increase only to latter never give you a dollar. There hours of operation are ridiculously long, we re talking 12 sometime 13hr shifts, not to mention this is on a daily week course where talking a least 4days out of a 5day week period. There s NO BONUS NO HOLIDAY PAY YOU WORK FOR YA SALERY OR YOUR HOURLY PAY AN THATS IT NO COMPENSATIONS WHAT SO EVER!!!! Management there is the most terrible thing ever this was my position there (supervisor) all of the supervisors there are gossip queens it s like you working in a women hair salon they talk about each other like dogs and the supervisors that are there with seniority pray on your down fall instead of uplifting you when you make a mistake they run to the next person in seniority over them to talk about what you did. They will let you fail and trust me they pray on you to fail like your there to take there job(smh) there is no structure or organization in there training department they will stick you were ever and basically let you fend for your own meaning you figure it out. One day management will be your friend the next there escorting you off the premises like your an intruder and 5 mins ago you didn t just share the same daily responsibilities. Plz I can go on an on about this place but it wouldn t make a difference who ever reads this just plz take what I m saying into consideration this place is ridiculous a joke don t waist your time here everyone is underpaid an over stressed
