27/04 Update - 2 weeks later and still no response...
Emailed after order was placed and paid for to say despite paying for next day it would take a week, despite me calling to check availability and delivery times whilst placing the order. Rude member of customer non-service team then insisted it was still a next day order and I had to pay for the pleasure of them delivery whenever they could be bothered.
One of the items is incorrect, despite discussing with sales person and have been unable to get them on the phone or by email for over a week, meanwhile the incorrect piece is blocking our hallway.
Do not use this shambles of an organisation.
