Stood in the queue and they only had 3 tills open ...

Stood in the queue and they only had 3 tills open on a Saturday morning and it was busy and in their infinite wisdom they shut the till I was waiting in and open a different one! I had to join another queue. Which was rage inducing. The till system is rubbish at the best of times. I nearly lost it but was saved by a random lovely lady. I expect head office don't even read these or give a monkeys or they would sort out trowbridge store.
