5 STARS +++++++ I do not often take the time to comment or write reviews, however, must share that I was beyond thrilled to work with Carol Schlitt and Mark Cronin through the Schlitt Law Firm. Through a stressful situation where I needed guidance/direction in regard to working on a car accident case and with an insurance company, Carol Schlitt and her team provided me with compassionate and thoughtful service. They were extremely informative, positive and took great care and time to explain matters to me. Information was disseminated in a step by step manner that I could understand, they made me feel empowered while enabling a positive working relationship with the insurance company and repair personnel. Options were presented to me and they facilitated verbal and written communication in a collaborative and collegial manner. The Schlitt Law Firm acted in a timely fashion, reviewed all documents I submitted and produced an outcome in an expedited timeframe. I truly loved their initiative, patience, and tenacity. They made an extremely difficult situation less stressful for all parties and my outcome was more than I could have hoped for. I felt valued, respected and highly supported. Their professionalism and individualized approach is second to none. I am beyond impressed by their ability to link all parties together and to come to a positive resolution. They are absolutely incredible and I would recommend their team/service to anyone. I have complete faith and trust in them ~This is not easy to say in today's world, but anyone who seeks their guidance will not be disappointed!
