Went to the park to have a bit of fun before the summer ends. Was injured twice on two different rides and despite being visually in distress no one on the staff offered assistance. Attempted to leave and get a refund for myself and my girlfriend who was with me. Received one of the worst stonewallings I have ever seen. Eventually got a refund for my ticket only. Decided to leave and follow up via phone as I was upset and did not want to make a scene. Was refused when I asked to speak to a manager and could only leave a voicemail despite my assurance I would not have a problem waiting. This is the most customer hostile park I have ever been to and I recommend everyone stay away.
