Sacksofwine Review of Full Sail Real World Education

This review is solely based on my online experience. I have no on campus experience. I attempted to attend Full Sail Univery many years ago. I did my financial aid, registered for classes, made the purchase for the courses required materials and I had consistent contact with advisors and counselors to ensure I was on course and at the time I had appointments with counselors via phone so they can ensure I am staying on track. I am a veteran so I was using the G.I Bill to pay for most of these expenses. All seemed well up to this point.
After week 1 started I no longer hearing from any advisors, counselors, etc. I tried to call and ask questions as I hadn't gained access to my classes. After a few days I finally gained access but not because I had any response from the Full Sail team. After two weeks had passed, I hadn't received any of my materials required for the classes and I still had no contact from anyone at full sail. Into my 3rd week of being confused and not being able to complete course work I finally get dropped from my classes. I thought this was because I had no coursework turned in.
I called my advisors, I called finance, I called the dean, I emailed just about everyone. I finally got ahold of the IT department and they were able to tell me the problem. My classes weren't paid for.
I emailed financial aid and called multiple times for weeks after that and finally got a response a month after being dropped from classes.
Turns out that Full Sail never actually submitted my paperwork to the Veterans Affairs office so my classes never got paid for.
Now back to the current time. I decided, maybe I just had a bad experience at full sail. My brother in law got his degree online via Full Sail so I figured I would try again. This was around July 15th. I submitted my request for information and ask to be contacted. Full sail had failed to contact me until today October 1st at 13:00 and it was an automated message from an Isiah saying I still had time to sign up for classes.
I don't know how this school is still around for online classes.
