I dont even want to give a 0one star because they dont even deserve it. we called since we are in fast need of sublimation ink and they are close to us so figured we could get it fast. after waiting an hour because they close for lunch and take no calls from 12-1 and ten we finally get ahold of someone they woman on the phoe was ignorant and didnt even want to help us. stated its to late to even have it ship out today and mind you this is 1:15pm and the dont and wont let us pickup since they are only 30 min from us. then she just said sorry and hun up the phone. so honestly you get negative stars from me!
