Creating a personal account is quick. What I don't like is that it is ONLY with a telephone. I would like to have the possibility to have the same function per browser on a PC. Because if you lose your phone you are stuck. And when I work on a PC I find a keyboard for my bank transactions very useful.

However, what annoyed me: I wanted to create a business account for a foreign company. To do this, you must first create a personal account. Is ok. But after all that is done, the business account turns out not to be available for other countries such as NL, AT and I believe BE. UK not exemplified. All the work for free? Chat with customer service. "No unfortunately not". Will it come then I ask. "We are ambitious". Yes, we are all but that is not an answer to my question. The same question again. "Can't make any statements about developments because we want to surprise". Huh, that's how I know a few from the marketing team. Do I have Sean Spicer from White House in the Chat or the Bunq customer service? I'd rather have alternative faking than alternative hot air, I must say.

Account deleted again and again looked at web site if I could have known this in advance. No, no info except "download the app here." That irritates then. Innovative fintechs are very nice and good, but giving less information and not answering specific questions is not innovative. Gives a sense that they first want to entice you with half information. Does not really create trust. A pity, was worth a try. Anyway, wait until paypal or google pay comes with an internationally usable banking function.
