Bad service. I recommended writing the address name and surname "at" the name of the shop, they managed to report the incomplete address, so the coffee machine was around for a week in the van. I took an interest with Bartolini to provide the correct address, arrived with the broken water tank. I immediately entered the return procedure and the photos (they declare to resolve the procedure in 48h), have been at stake for over 1 week. In conclusion, 2 weeks have passed since the order, I have no refund or coffee machine. Even by calling the operator always says the same thing, "in process". I strongly advise against buying any product that may arrive damaged. Buy only pillows and sheets.
