I could not have had a better experience in taking my car in for it's 10K maintenance check up. The whole system works - I remember when you'd come into a dealership and have to wait, and then get your car in and then have to wait....this process is so streamlined and I am so glad! My car was ready in no time and I received the oral breakdown of the service and ALSO got an explanation and checkpoints sent to my email that I was able to share with my husband so he knows what's what with my car as well. Thanks again.
