The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the parking is very close. I love that there are no stairs (unless you're in the balcony). The theater is older and shows it's age. The chairs are cushioned folding chairs that must be 15+ years old. They are not as comfortable as one would like since you have to sit for a long period of time. I had called around 11 am to get information and though they didn't answer the phone, they did return my call later that afternoon. I was worried that it may be in a bad neighborhood and even though it wasn't in a super nice neighborhood I did not feel unsafe.
