Ordered a phone which came late but at least it came properly packaged in sealed, original packaging as I had requested.

Got it 3 days later than the latest estimated day. They said the phone was coming from Hong Kong but it seems like it came from Canada based on labeling on the package and the type of power brick included.

They supplied a power adapter which didn't even fit with the phone but it was ok because the original power brick it came with in the package was the same as used in the country I intended to use the phone in. So it worked out very well for my case but others may have more headaches.

I had to be back and forth with the customer support about my late delivery but in the end I am happy with my product from them, just make sure they understand your needs if you intend to use their services and be satisfied with your purchase.
