Our family owns a local restaurant in Saskatchewan and we worked with Kubendra Naidoo at First Data to switch over from another payment provider to a new system and provider. We conducted thorough research with in house management and an external marketing consultant to look at new payment terminal suppliers. After meeting with Kuben over the phone, we found that he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with meeting our challenges with payment terminal management for the business. He was very knowledgeable of the solutions that are offered, as well as willingness to help go the extra mile to make sure our systems are up and running successfully. I would highly recommend working with Kuben and working with First Data directly as it has been a breeze and has helped resolve many challenges that we previously had with other provider.
