ANY one can have an off day..but.. Normally even here doesn't make a mistake this bad. She couldn't understand my order from the speaker..asked to pull up..ok no prob..with a picture of their special I had to point and repeat multiple times..she mentioned it was a new item..ok no prob.. extra pickles was requested on one item..no pickles had onions that I asked for none of...the fries were burnt cold hard jibletts ends. I showed them to her she said sorry and got another thing of them that was correct ( wish I had checked the other food ).. so the special I ordered had cheese on the fries...said cheese on the picture too. 3 people tested the product...it was some type of onion based gravy.. I didn't even know they carried anything with gravy...trust me we all agreed gravy...Now here is the kicker was charged wrong the special would not ring up correctly...No this is NOT a made up review. Anyone can have an off day but really?
