it was a dead loss. as we went through the main-entrance, we could see one of the ladies at the reception hitting the keyboard of her computer while cursing in dutch. then, after keeping us waiting for like five minutes, she gave us our keycards and we went up to our room. at first: the rooms ARE very small. as i hung my jacket on one of the wall hooks, it came off, and on the backside you could see that it was sticked to the wall by something like a tesa poster strip. the paint on the wall came off here and there. And regardless of the word "design": who in the hell had the idea to put only one table at the side of a two-person-bed? or the light: i had to shave in front of the wardrobe-mirror, because the light in the bathroom was too sparse to recognize anything. at the next day we came to the hotel and somebody forgot his or her very dirty filthy cleaning towel on our table. that night it was very cold too, and our room was very drafty, because it was renovated a short time ago. so went down to the reception. lady: "didn't you were informed about this situation?" we: "no, we weren't." lady: "I'm very sorry about that. I could give you a reduction of 30%, if that's okay." we: "oh, yes, that would be very kind, thank you." lady: "do you want it back or should i book it back on your credit card?" we: "book it back on the card please, thank you." lady: " yes, i will do it right now." a few days ago, my girlfriend checked her account, and she couldn't find any money from the hotel. so she called the reception. the lady said she NEVER said anything like this to this to us. it is so ridiculous. please do yourself a favour: don't go there. thank you.
