I ordered shock absorbers for both the front and rear of my truck. On their web site they were advertising a rebate. When I got the shocks it was apparent that one of them had been repackaged and was missing the needed UPC code. I wrote to their customer service department, it was the typical run around response that a bad company will give you. They don't take any responsibility and put all the blame on the customer. And now I'm getting a response that reads "Your email could not be received because Ticket ###### has been closed". I actually think they can read the emails but just send it to people they really don't care to hear from any more. I wonder if they take the UPC codes off an occasional box and send in for the rebates themselves! I'm taking my business elsewhere.
