This is the worst most corrupt management company ...

This is the worst most corrupt management company in the state of Oregon. After moving out I was never contacted in any way by C&R , when I tried to call I was sent to voice mail and never received a response, when I tried to email them about questions I never received a response. THIS WENT ON FOR FIVE MONTHS until one day I received a collections notice in the mail for $4700.00. Now that I trying to take them to court they will not release my rental records to any new places I am applying to, this makes it impossible to complete any applications which makes it impossible to rent a new house or apartment.

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR TWO YEARS!!! I AM IN RENTAL LIMBO BECAUSE C&R REAL ESTATE WONT EVEN RELEASE MY RENTAL INFORMATION TO ANY NEW PROSPECTIVE RENTAL PROPERTIES I APPLY FOR!!!

This company is filled with con artists masquerading as a legitimate business. This has effected my life and the lives of my family in such a negative way it makes me sick to my stomach.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL END UP IN COURT OR WORSE, YOU WILL END UP SPENDING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS APPLYING TO PLACES THAT WILL NEVER RENT TO YOU BECAUSE C&R WILL NOT SHARE BASIC RENTERS INFO THUS MAKING YOU ESSENTIALLY BLACK LISTED WHEN IT COMES TO RENTAL PROPERTIES IN OREGON.

THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!!
