SAS is a great answering service who always strive to make it right. I deal with Kelly on a day to day basis and I'm constantly changing my script or adding something here or there. She's always very happy to help and gets it done the way we need it. Their call reps are mixed. They are regular people like all of us. Some of them try harder than others. But whenever I grade a call or have any issue at all they fix it right away. After a few weeks of using them we had a script that was easy for their call reps to understand and gather us the information we needed to convert that potential customer
