I judge a company's attention to customer service on how they deal with problems. That is exactly why i just gave SAS 5 stars! Every time we have an issue, they just strengthen my belief in them even more. They go way above the call of duty to make sure our concerns are always taken care of, and their followup is awesome. They don't close a ticket until we are 100% satisfied! Special shout out to Courtney!

They don't post calls to the portal if they screwed up the process, or if the customer was left on hold too long. I have caught them 3 times now, and the ability of the individuals answering the phones have gotten much worse over the last year. I'm shopping for a new service that won't be such a disappointment.

Set up was quick and easy. We recently finished our two week trial and ended up switching from our last answering service to SAS. Making adjustments to our script and call flow is very simple and the customer support is very attentive and friendly. So far everything is going great and I would recommend.

SAS provides outstanding customer service! They are very thorough and if there is ever any doubt how to proceed with a customer who calls in, they promptly notify our office personnel. I would highly recommend them. They cater to our every need and all the agents are extremely pleasant to deal with.

As many other business owners, I don't have enough time to answer phone calls and prefer to communicate via email. I signed up for their free 2-week trial to find out if a phone answering service would be the right fit for my business. Their customer service skills and the overall system are very good to say the least. However, due to the nature of my business and my clients' expectations, I've decided that at this time I should continue using Google voice "do not disturb" function that prompts the callers to an automated message with general information and detailed instructions on how to get what they need. Nevertheless, I still believe that SAS can be a great service for many other businesses and I highly recommend them.

We're difficult clients providing complex individualized service to celebrity and high income demanding clientele. Callers need 24-7 access to the physician, call screening, immediate (within several rings) answering, and absolute security. SAS has been surprisingly accommodating, flexible to meet our exceptional needs, and provides top-shelf service. If any issue arises, there is professional and individualized resolution. Definitely five stars.

I am a solo private practice therapist and have been utilizing SAS for a month now, 2 weeks free trial and 2 weeks full service. I have to say I have been very pleased. I love that I can edit the scripts the customer service reps use to take my client calls, I don't have to wait for anyone else to edit. I can leave feedback for the Reps, the information they take from calls is as specific or general as I want. I feel like the reps are doing a good job adapting to my client questions. I'm very happy with the service and my client report being happy they get a person to talk to (which I can't do when in session).

We have been using SAS for about 2 months now. They provide simple after-hours answering for our business. I have to say that they have delivered way beyond our expectations. They always capture all the relevant information we need, and provide super-timely notifications via CALL, TEXT and EMAIL. Nothing gets missed with these guys. We are VERY pleased with the service and the cost and expect to expand our use of their services quite a bit in the next year.

We've used SAS for several years now and enjoy excellent service and response from them. Five stars if the customer portal/dashboard were more user friendly. However, any time we've had an issue it was quickly resolved either with SAS's handy video tutorials or a call or email.

I have been super happy with my experience with Speciality Answering Service. They have enabled us to get back to work designing websites and doing SEO, and quit fielding SPAM calls, while still allowing legitimate clients to get through to a real live person. Everyone has been so helpful in meeting our specialty needs and required levels of service with SAS.

SAS has been a big help. I have needed their services a few times in the past several years and they have come through with flying colors. My clientele speak English and Spanish and I need an answering service that can handle these variables. SAS has the staff and capability to provide personalized call answering for all of my clients. I will always use SAS when I have more call volume than I can handle or when I am short staffed.

At first I had difficulties with this service, as I laid out my expectations and hopes for what I wanted out of the service and not only we they not met adequately , but the charges the service incurred were much higher than I had been told/had anticipated. I called in because I was ready to cancel the service, I wanted to pay my last months bill and end the relationship with the company there. The person who I talk to seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic for my dissatisfaction, and said that it seems like whoever I had been dealing with who had set up my account made a few key errors. She offered a credit to my bill as an apology, and then said that she was confident that if they switched me over to a different plan on a different teacher, that not only would I get better service but that I should get it at a lower cost. I asked for a proposal and some more information. She offered me a two week free trial to see if the changes were to my liking. They were, and after a few more weeks of using the service since the changes I can report that I am much more satisfied than I was initially. While I m not happy that mistakes were made at the beginning, I am always appreciative of people who are willing to own up to a mistake made, even if it wasn t made by them personally, and to do something to make it right. So, my advice would be that anyone who is considering this company should be wary about trying out what they call the essentials service tier, as it seems that the operators and equipment used on that tier are not as advanced and trained as the ones on the advanced tier. Since the change I am much happier with the service and any ongoing changes I request are accommodated in a timely fashion. Their phone app is pretty handy as well, if they added some more features to that like being able to text and call customers from the app while having your phone number masked, I would consider upping this review from four stars to five stars.

I have had the pleasure of working with representative, Matt Baker and he has taken up the challenge of working with me to make sure my customers are able to leave detailed messages, enabling me to call them back knowing their questions and/or concerns in advance.

Good service but the billing is terrible. They are not responsive. They hit you with late fees agree to withdraw it and don t. Now I m getting call after call over late fees they agreed to withdraw!! Plus I have sick family members that I need to take care it s incredible they are worried more about late fees than people dying from this virus. Incredible just incredible that I have to worry about this when I worry if my family can breathe and have to go to the hospital!!!!

Having researched several answering services, SAS is clearly a front runner to all others.

This company made it very hard to cancel. There is no button on the portal and they take messages to call you back if you try to cancel. I think it is by design and they would rather keep billing you than give proper service.

Workers are completely clueless to anything with common sense. Since we switched to this company to answer our phones we have lost a tremendous amount of business or when we call customers back after they answer they do not even want our service any more. I would say 50% of our sales have went down due to this company and I do not see us proceeding with them much longer. I had tried to warn them to get their staff in order but they refuse to do so.

After testing out several call answering services, I decided to give SAS a chance. My only regret is not making the decision sooner. Great customer service, quick to respond to requests, they are on top of it. Ran several test calls and had I not known, I would have thought they actually worked for my company. Great App and desktop interface.
