I have been going to Cappy's for over 25 years! Things have changed. The decor for one and the servers, some had been there for years and years, the menu is now bigger and they no longer have the early breakfast specials.
They are only open for breakfast and lunch, except on Wednesday, when they are open for dinner. Unless they changed that too.
The food is about the same except for the seasoned potatoes. I don't know how they did it but they came out very dry. Service has been very slow lately. I don't know what's up. Even the coffee refill were slow. Maybe the last 2 times have just been off days. On the other hand, it is a great place to see local color. Any tourist would love it. Across from the beach.
